Operator and Billing Entity

AI Face Scan is operated as an independent service. All payments and billing for AI Face Scan are handled by Face Search AI Inc. as the merchant of record. Card statements will show “FaceSearchAI”. Refunds, chargebacks, and billing support are administered by Face Search AI Inc. on behalf of AI Face Scan.

AI Face Scan and Face Search AI are separate services with separate user accounts. An account on one does not grant access to the other; data, credits, and subscriptions are not transferred between them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Face Scan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use AI Face Scan. By using the service you confirm that you are. If we become aware that an account is held by someone under 18, we will close it.

3. Permitted Use

AI Face Scan may only be used for lawful purposes. You are responsible for how you use the service and for what you do with the results.

You may not use AI Face Scan:

• To stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate or defame any person, or to help anyone else do so.
• To identify or attempt to identify a minor.
• As a factor in any decision about employment, housing, credit, insurance, education or eligibility for a benefit or service.
• For law-enforcement, immigration or intelligence purposes, or on behalf of a government agency, without a separate written agreement with us.
• In any way that breaks a law or regulation that applies to you, or that infringes another person’s rights.

4. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that AI Face Scan will be available at all times. Availability may vary by region and may change at any time, including after you subscribe, and interruptions may occur for technical or other reasons.

If face search becomes unavailable in your location while you hold a subscription, you can cancel using the method that matches where you subscribed, and you will not be billed again.

5. Account & Credits

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Credits purchased are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscription credits are granted per billing period and do not roll over unless otherwise stated.

6. Payments, Refunds and Cancellation

We do not offer refunds on plans purchased directly from us. Results depend on the online presence of the person being searched for: where little or nothing about them is published, a search may return few matches or none. Results are not guaranteed, and a search that returns no matches is still a completed search. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are covered by those stores’ own refund policies, and refund requests for them are decided by Apple or Google rather than by us.

How you cancel depends on where you subscribed. App Store subscriptions are cancelled in your device settings under your Apple ID, and Google Play subscriptions in the Play Store app under Payments and subscriptions — we cannot cancel a store-billed subscription on your behalf. Telegram subscriptions are cancelled with the /cancelsub command. Subscriptions bought on the website are cancelled from your account settings or through the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund amounts already paid, and your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments made on the website are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also accept Stripe’s terms for payment processing, and problems with a payment itself should be raised with Stripe. Payments made in the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google.

7. Referral & Affiliate Program

Referral commissions are earned at 5% of referred user purchases, subject to a 30-day hold. Approved influencers may earn higher tiered rates (up to 50%) under a separate affiliate agreement, granted only after meeting program milestones and eligibility criteria. API plan purchases are excluded from all referral and affiliate commissions. We reserve the right to modify commission rates with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology on this platform is the property of AI Face Scan. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

9. Disclaimer

AI Face Scan provides results based on publicly available data and AI technology. We do not guarantee the accuracy of results. Results should not be used as the sole basis for identifying individuals or making decisions about them.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for inaccuracies in search results, or for decisions you take on the basis of them.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of AI Face Scan in breach of these Terms, including any use listed under “Permitted Use”.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page.
